Model 111

Portable Percent Oxygen Analysis For Non-Flammable Gases

The MODEL 111 is the ideal solution for spot-checking percent oxygen measurements in non-flammable gas samples. It utilizes a long-life zirconium oxide sensor that delivers stable readings – even in the presence of temperature or barometric pressure changes. The Analyzer can connect to the COMMAND CENTER software to access data logging functionality and is available in 3 configurations (positive pressure samples, atmospheric or vacuum samples, and atmospheric or vacuum samples in Class I, Div 2, Group C,D areas).

Features & Benefits

Ideal For Non-Flammable Gases

The MODEL 111 Portable Percent Oxygen Analyzer can handle non-flammable samples and is available in 3 configurations: base model, sample pump model and sample pump model for hazardous areas. The Analyzer is used in many applications, including those used for nitrogen purity, inert gas blanketing and oxygen purity.

Zirconium Oxide Sensor Technology

AMI’s zirconium oxide sensors are an extremely stable, have a very long service life, and are not affected by barometric or temperature changes. They are an excellent option for measuring percent levels of oxygen in inert atmospheres, such as the amount of oxygen in the air of an enclosed space. Additionally, these sensors last for many years and require minimal calibration.

Full Of Standard Features

The MODEL 111 Portable Percent Oxygen Analyzer can connect with the COMMAND CENTER software to access advanced features, including automatic data logging that provides detailed time-stamped records of O2 measurement, temperature, supply voltage and power brown-out history.

Truly Portable And Designed For The Field

Starting at 5 lbs (7.3 kg), the MODEL 111 is the smallest, lightest, fastest and most accurate portable Percent Oxygen Analyzer in the industry.
