Advanced Micro Instruments (AMI) has achieved National Supervision and Inspection Center for Explosion Protection and Safety Instrumentation (NEPSI) certification for its Models 2010BX, 210BX, 3010BX, and 4010LX high performance gas analyzers. The NEPSI certificate signifies a product meets the China explosion proof standard. The NEPSI certification system was established by the Standardization Administration of China: State Administration of China for Standardization (SACS) and is based on IEC60079 about explosion-proof electric equipment for GB standards (Chinese National Standard: Guojia Biaozhum). AMI’s recognizes that the global demand for natural gas will continue to grow as a reliable and important energy source. The pursuit of NEPSI certification provides operations in China trusted-party validation in AMI’s products.
The Models 2010BX, 210BX, and 3010BX are electrochemical sensor-based analyzers that measure trace oxygen levels, percent oxygen levels, and trace hydrogen sulfide levels respectively. The Model 4010LX is a tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS) moisture analyzer.
