Features & Benefits

ELIMINATOR CELL BLOCK Advantage
The ELIMINATOR CELL BLOCK’s unique sample system virtually eliminates all potential leak paths while optimizing flow efficiencies. Precision cross-drilled intersecting gas passages and sensor pocket eliminate the need for long lengths of tubing and leak-prone compression fittings. The uniquely engineered metering valve, flow meter, and pressure sensor are integrated directly into this compact block. The sensor pocket is accessed from the front panel for easy sensor replacement without the need of any tools.

Accurate & Cost-Effective Measurements
Stain tubes can detect the presence of H2S, but differences in sampling technique and the subjective reading method can lead to unacceptable errors as high as ± 20%. Additionally, the ongoing cost of single-use tubes adds up over months of regular sampling. The one-time investment in a MODEL 3000BX provides an accurate and unambiguous tool to quickly measure ppm levels of H2S and verifying compliance with stringent tariff limits.

Truly Portable And Designed For The Field
At just 6 pounds (2.7 kg), the MODEL 3000BX is the smallest, lightest, and most accurate Portable Trace H2S Analyzer in the industry. The MODEL 3000BX is a great choice for quick and easy spot-checking of inlet and outlet gas at H2S treatment facilities. When extended monitoring is required, operators can utilize the onboard data logger to record a time-stamped record of H2S levels and temperature at a user-defined interval. The data log is accessed with AMI’s powerful COMMAND CENTER software which works universally across all AMI analyzers. The long-life rechargeable battery makes unattended operation worry-free. The analyzer is designed for tough environments with a steel case with a protective rubberized outer covering.
