The Model 1000-S is outfitted with a complete sample system that includes; a sample flow adjustment valve, flowmeter and quick-disconnect fittings and when necessary an optional articulate/coalescing filter. We provide push button-quick disconnect fittings for both the sample gas in and the exhaust port. These fittings offer a dual benefit: they allow for rapid point-to-point analysis, and when disengaged, serve as automatic shut off valves, trapping low levels of oxygen from the previous measurement point, ensuring quick response and recovery times between measurement sites as well as extending the sensor life. This holds true if the duration between measurement points is just minutes or several days.

The advanced patented cellblock design produces fast up and down scale response times and quick front panel access to the oxygen sensor. This allows you to install, replace, or air calibrate in seconds without the use of tools. You can quickly and accurately calibrate on ambient air (20.9%) due to the excellent linearity throughout the entire range of measurement or use a certified gas standard.
