AMI Model 201R
series of percent oxygen analyzers utilize a number of recent engineering breakthroughs allowing for a uniquely modular approach offering complete solutions for many percent oxygen applications (See table below). AMI has a reputation for supplying "standard" the most extensive set of electronic features in the industry.

Our standard features include:

  • 2-Fully adjustable oxygen concentration alarm set points. Form C contacts rated @ 5 amps.
  • Programmable alarm delays: delay settings range from 0-300min. This feature prevents alarming conditions due to quick oxygen spikes or short-term operator error.
  • User configurable alarm setting: alarm logic choices range from latching, non-latching, fail-safe, and non-failsafe.
  • 4-User selectable output ranges:
    0-1%, 0-5%, 0-10% and 0-25%
    Optional ranges: 0-1000ppm, 0-50%
  • Programmable alarm bypass: prevents false alarms when routinely calibrating with gas standards that exceed alarms set points, allows user to instantly silence alarms with the touch of a button from. Settings range from 0-120min.


  • High-resolution single range LCD immediately reads from .01% to 25% without LCD range changing delays or the need for manual range switch adjustments
  • Data logger. Logs data for 15 days @ 1min intervals.
  • Sensor calibration factor: Indicates remaining sensor life.
  • Three-user selectable security levels: allows complete front panel access, span only access, or no front panel access.
  • Isolated 4-20ma. output.

The 201R series incorporates our advanced patented cellblock technology consisting of a single compact metallic block that undergoes a complex machining process, followed with corrosion-resistant nickel plating. The block contains a series of drilled gas passages- eliminating the need for long lengths of tubing and compression fittings. Assorted models use an integral metering valve and flow meter. AMI's sophisticated cellblock design results in faster up and down scale response times and also eliminates many potential leak sources.

The front panel sensor access makes oxygen sensor installation or replacement quick and easy. If desirable, this feature allows for a rapid, accurate calibration using ambient air (20.9%) without the use of tools. A span gas port and internal solenoid valve are supplied standard on the Model 201RS, RSP, RSM, and RSPM for those who prefer a certified span gas calibration method.   2. Model 201RSP: Complete electronics package, complete sample system for ambient pressure to low-pressure applications. Sample system includes: sample pump, metering valve, flow meter, span gas and shut off solenoid valves.
  1. Model 201RSM: Complete electronics package, complete sample system for positive pressure gas streams, including: metering valve, flow meter, span gas and shut off solenoid valves and a programmable 5-channel sequencer.
  2. Model 201RSPM: Complete electronics package, complete sample system for ambient pressure to low-pressure applications. Sample system includes: sample pump, metering valve, flow meter, span gas and shut off solenoid valves and a programmable 5-channel sequencer.
