The AMI Model
2010B is a complete package for accurately
and continuously measuring trace levels
of oxygen in flammable gas streams.
The sophisticated microprocessor
based electronics provides advanced features
with a simple straightforward user interface.
The controls are designed to be intuitive,
quick and simple while still providing a
security function against unauthorized tampering.
The large 3½ digit
display auto-ranges for maximum resolution,
while the user selectable output range remains
fixed in your range of interest. The 2010B
is supplied with ten standard output ranges:
0-10ppm, 0-50ppm, 0-100ppm, 0-500ppm, 0-1000ppm,
0-.500%, 0-1%, 0-5%, 0-10% and a air calibration
range of 0-25%, two fully adjustable oxygen
alarm settings, and a 1-5VDC output.
|
The RS-232 port allows advanced users
to quickly and easily take advantage of
all the standard features:
-
Individual
alarm delay setting
(0-300 minutes)
-
Choice
of latching/non-latching alarms
-
Failsafe
or non-failsafe logic
-
Alarm pulse
feature: Operates a low powered latching
slam valve in remote solar powered locations
-
Output
range default: Automatically returns
to your output range of interest in
case of technician error or unwanted
tampering.
The 2010B incorporates our advanced patented
cellblock technology consisting of a single
compact metallic block that undergoes
a complex machining process, followed
with corrosion-resistant nickel plating.
The block contains a series of drilled
gas passages eliminating the need for
long lengths of tubing and compression
fittings; it uses critical orificesin
place of needle valves and pressure regulators;
it also contains a unique integrated 3-way
sample/span/shut off valve, and flowmeter.
This sophisticated design results in quicker
up and down scale response times and eliminates
potential leak sources.
When the application requires,
we add a quick-change H2S scrubber and particulate/coalescing
filter mounted directly to the block. Contents
of the H2S scrubber can be replenished in
minutes without the use of any tools or
potting compound.
|

The front panel sensor access makes sensor
installation or replacement quick and
easy. It also allows for a rapid, accurate
calibration on ambient air (20.9%) without
the use of tools. A span gas port comes
standard for those who prefer a certified
span gas calibration.
The 2010B does not require
a zero or other support gases to operate
and is linear throughout its wide range
of measurement.
The Model 2010B has been agency
approved for Class I, Div. II, Groups C,
D in a flammable gas sample to UL standard
913.
